The canton of Zürich has awarded exemplary buildings: an apartment building in Oberrieden, the housing project Kalkbreite in Zürich, the Areal Zwicky-Süd in Dübendorf and the Zellweger Park in Uster.

Herzog & de Meuron bauen Mietwohnungen im Zellweger Park
(Herzog & de Meuron build rental apartments in Zellweger Park)
The project envisions a compact eight-storey building in the middle of parkland on the banks of the Herter pond. The rental apartments are spacious and offer a strong connection to nature through large windows and access to outdoor staircases with balconies.
